Login failed. Retrieval of password method not working. When created ID with new phone, ID has not been validated even after a month of submitting details of place of posting etc.
Login failed.. no confirmation mail sent to the my mail address.. Signup not happening..
This is a wonderful application for Income-tax employees. The most difficult task is that we have to download every file again and again for reading. If this application allows offline download and get it stored in mobile data, we can read it at our convenience.
Some modules are taking time to open
It is getting hanged frequently. This should be corrected immediately.
Typically a government like website with less facilities, less user friendly, not up to date etc
